Sounds like anywhere a major FF has occurred would be a candidate.
Those are not red light cameras. Those are cameras that tell when a car is waiting to turn left and tell the traffic lights to turn on the left turn arrow. (or, tell the traffic lights that there's no more cars waiting in the lane and that it can turn the arrow off.)
I know that typical traffic cameras (for congestion) store footage for at least a few days. Not sure about the ones that go with the red lights. They are always running but don't know how long they store the footage.
To clarify, I mean that the cameras that tell the traffic lights that a car is waiting (or not) are always running.
Not to mention that if he was not trying to get away, he would have had no reason to try and take a back route. (other than to try and take a short cut to save time maybe… but nothing worthy of taking a chance with a gator)
