Virginia’s Lt. Governor was apart of the US Attorneys office of Eastern District of VA (Northern Va down to Hampton Roads- the major trafficking hubs of Va. LTG Fairbanks was apart of the Human Trafficking Task force. I’m sure he knows a thing or two.

I’d be curious as to what he knows and if he’s held onto anything from the Task Force.
