I think I get it now…

The need for abortions: (((they))) need the embryonic tissue, or the stem cells, or both… perhaps (((they))) use it to reverse the ageing process (although pictures don't suggest it's the case).

Perhaps that's why Q said "the truth would put 99% in hospital" (because most would want to have that therapy, to rejuvenate).

The question is still the same: who is (((they)))?
