Yeast is made with bacteria. Humans are full of bacteria. How difficult would it be to extract bacteria from aborted fetal cells? Not very, considering the fetal parts are coming directly from the woman's uterus; an incubator of human yeast and bacteria.
Yeast reacts with sugars. Fetal cells are used as sweeteners.
