This Color Hex codes opened up a whole new level of comms for me.
When I discovered the idea, it was from planefags trying to determine what the Hexcode could mean.
A few anons did some basic decode ideas and that is when I started researching this idea.
Now that I see your ideas, at a basic level, the color codes could be directional, identifying where we can focus.

If I sell the coin direct to a collector I might get $8-10 for it.
But if I sell it to a dealer, they will only give you 50% of the assessed value. $4-5
As for Melt Value, dealers will pay the spot price minus 10%, 5.50-10%=$5
