but comeys fbi could do nothing with obama's doj. if you look at the actual investigation, she was cleared because the doj made the investigation about something different (intent?). It was designed for that specific investigation and charge they were looking at to never go anywhere, because you could never meet the legal standard to prosecute. here's the thing, though. that investigation into those 30k emails was never actually shut down. the real investigation/case was hidden from the deepstate by comey and strozk. comey made sure that the only person on the midyear exam that knew about the original 30k was strozk.
