For what worit's worth, I am friends with a Pakistani immigrant that served 20 years in the Army. I asked him how he can reconcile the objectives of Islam and be as pro American as he is. His response?
"Oh, I'm not a practicing Muslim. I take the good stuff, and ignore pretty much all the rest of it."
Islam is more than a rip-off of a continuation of an old take on Judaism. Islam is a religion of expanse. That was its entire purpose. Once Islamic expanse met with resistance in Europe, the shift to stagnation occurred as they met with west Asian smack downs, Holy Roman's "helping" the Byzantines, they shifted to a subversion approach to continue their efforts.
