The taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood is the same thing. The money circulates back to support the same Dems that voted the funding to PP.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (spearheaded by Warren) did the same thing: collected fines and then instead of returning these fines to the treasury, used them to fund only leftist groups.
Obama's & Holder's funding of ACORN and similar grass-roots communist activism groups with proceeds seized by the DoJ in criminal cases was also the same thing.
