This type of fungi has been studied as a eukaryotic model organism and was the first eukaryotic genome to be completely sequenced. Many proteins and pathways were discovered in humans by studying the homologs found in the yeast.
This Anon is VERY aware of the brewing/wine industry- used to own one. Also VERY aware of Thomas Pearse Lyons, owner of ALLTECH. ALLTECH is the renowned leader in yeast development and feeds. LYONS develops new strains of yeast. Lyons includes this new strain and has developed it. A strain found within the human body.

Anons are learning about fetal tissues and their usage in foods- particularly wines and beer. Anons are also digging on tunnels beneath cemetery's and contemplating why the KaBaal has desires to access underneath dead and buried humans (particularly our fallen heros; Arlington/Houston Nat'l Cemetery).
