Presenting a new national defense strategy, the United States Secretary of Defense, Jim Mattis, says terrorism is no longer the focus of the national security of the United States. Now it is competition between great powers.
We see this strategy playing out in the news nowadays, with all the arrests and convictions for espionage and thefts of intellectual property. New trade policies and sanctions.
The endless wars are going to end for us. Good time for Mattis to pass the baton.
