This is from Illuminati victim/survivor Donald Marshall. The eye of Ra symbol depicts a vrill parasite entering the eye socket of it's victim/host. The part with the curly tail is the worm/parasite. The part going straight down depicts a liquid secretion from parasite/worm during process. The parasite wraps around the optic nerve, often leaving visible damage like bulge in eye.
