OK heres one for the Hive mind …. I have been looking into the 3 dead scientists Q mentioned. Your post made me think … not really related to SAT relay to mobile phones… but any way for the hive mind ..

9/1/2015 - Alberto Behar - Plane crash

47, of Scottsdale, Arizona

Colleagues said he was valued for bridging the divide between scientists trying to study an inhospitable environment and engineers whose robots could survive there.

He participated in the exploration of Mars, serving as the investigation scientist for the Dynamic Albedo of Neutrons instrument on the Curiosity rover. For the Mars Exploration rovers, he was a rover driver and a member of the system downlink analysis team. He was the investigation scientist on three of the Mars Odyssey orbiter instruments: the high-energy neutron detector, the gamma ray spectrometer, and the thermal imaging spectrometer.

In terrestrial research, his brilliant engineering creations reached deep into the oceans’ hydrothermal vents, next to volcanoes, under thick ice sheets, and into the stratosphere. A promising new project with Diana Roman at Carnegie Institution’s Department of Terrestrial Magnetism and Lindy Elkins-Tanton at ASU was building rapid-deploy, relatively inexpensive volcano sensors for sulfur, carbon, fluorine, and chlorine emissions accompanied by a simultaneously operating seismometer and weather station.

4/7/2014 - Zachary Greene Warfield - Boat accident

35, died July 4 in a boating accident on the Potomac River. Zack was a co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors for Omnis, Inc., a McLean, VA-based strategic consulting firm for the intelligence, defense and national security communities. He spearheaded major research initiatives and, in addition to helping steer the company, was directly involved in numerous projects, including analytic training and technology consulting. Prior to founding Omnis, Zack was an engineer and analyst for the U.S. Government and private industry. As a science and technology analyst, he assessed missile and space systems, managed technical contracts, and investigated Iraq’s Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) program as a member of the Iraq Survey Group, serving in Baghdad on two separate occasions. As an engineer, he worked on aerospace projects for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and private industry. Most notably, Zack designed critical guidance systems that ensured a successful landing for the Mars Exploration Rovers, Spirit and Opportunity; his name is inscribed on one of the rovers, and remains on Mars today.

Also Mclean,VA + boat accident (watch the water)

Maybe they found some water on Mars .. who knows but one for the collective.

Also for the 3 dead scientists - I think this one is promising -

Shane Todd - Suicide, Hanging

Last seen 23rd June 2012

Body found June 24th 2012

Singapore, huawei, IME

from 2012 to the end of 2014, IME and Huawei would “co-develop” an amplifier device powered by gallium nitride (GaN), a semiconductor material able to withstand extreme heat and power levels well beyond silicon. GaN devices have commercial use in lighting as well as high-powered transistors for mobile phone base stations. They also have tremendous military potential, and major US defence contractors – including Northrup-Grumman and Raytheon – have pursued significant research and development in GaN for use in radar and satellite communications.

Ways of producing a TFET as opposed to MOSFET allowing much high frequencies … possibly related to 5G? MKU?
