In blow to Trump, Supreme Court won’t hear appeal of DACA ruling

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear the Trump administration's appeal of a federal judge's ruling that requires the government to keep the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program going.

Qteam, DACA is not a law. It was a memo by renegade. This should be argued. How was the law passed? Can you find the memo? Don't need the supreme court for this. Or any court its simply not a law.

I hear what the other anons are saying. But, this is a memo not a law, not an executive order from Barrrack. Pretending to be otherwise and going through the courts is a waste of taxpayer dollars. POTUS is the executive and can disregard Renegades memo at any point.
