Iodine is needed to avoid cretinism in babies. It should be in salt, if not you need to buy iodised salt (used to be normal).
Lugol's iodine is something else, only used for colposcopy (painting the cervix to look for abnormal cells).
Advice - don't ingest Lugol's Iodine.
Basic rules - eat a balanced diet, go out in the sun regularly, eat fruit. You'll be good.
Don't take supplements, they aren't regulated at all.
That includes baby formula - it's full of shit. If you don't want to breastfeed, don't have babies.
If you think breastfeeding is gross, don't have babies.
If you believe formula and supplements are OK, this is probably not the forum for you.

I can only advise you not to ingest Iodine but I can't force you. You might be fine.
I also think the cures will come, but they might not be "cures" in the commonly understood sense. I would say that there are advances in medicine that are better than what we currently have, that have been witheld by pharma. Unless you are one of the Elite (Prince Philip, RBG). Even "cures" would have a downside as you have to die of something eventually…
Also, if your "cure" was a blood transfusion from a 3 year old sex slave, would it be acceptable to you?
There is nothing in our teaching or training that discerns Rh- other than for mothers whose babies can get rhesus disease and die in utero. The anti-D antidote is made from pooled plasma.
Other than that it is interesting that Africans have higher rates of RH- than Caucasians, which makes you think about why the Clintons targeted Haiti and Libya for their human trafficking.
Rh- could potentially have less graft reaction to a new host.
Rh- blood is always in demand, partly because it's less common but also because it's less immunogenic (react to host). I'm not a haematologist though so that's as far as I can go.
