Global operations….who do I know was affiliated with HRC and has somethin' somethin' foundation…. OH! How about Cheryl Mills' Black Ivy Foundation which is in the business of exploiting Ghana? Perfect. Yes, there is a PP in Accra. Who are the Ghana PP 'partners'? Well, the International PP Foundation, natch, but also USAID and the UN Population Fund.

Go to USAspending.gov and yes, the USG has contributed ~$176 Million to the UNFPA.

So in addition to the money PP gets directly from the USG, they also get money from the UN. (As an aside, PP in Ghana is looking for a physician's assistant and it's NoProb if you have aids.)
