It’s Time To Give BuzzFeed The InfoWars Treatment
Social networks colluded to ban InfoWars. Why won’t they do the same to BuzzFeed?
If there was ever any doubt, that doubt was erased on January 17th, when their news branch (creatively dubbed BuzzFeed News) published a report alleging Donald Trump had directed his attorney Michael Cohen to lie to congress.
If their report were true, it could very well be the catalyst to impeachment proceedings. In other words, if their report were true, it would be one of the critical news stories in U.S. history.

El Salvador votes for new president, with anti-corruption outsider in lead
SAN SALVADOR (Reuters) – Salvadorans will vote in the first round of a presidential election on Sunday, with an energetic former mayor campaigning as an anti-corruption outsider set to win the top job and end decades of a two-party system.

Nayib Bukele, 37, has capitalized on the anti-establishment feeling sweeping elections across the region and further afield, as voters seek an alternative to traditional parties.
Since the end of its bloody civil war in 1992, El Salvador has been governed by just two parties: ruling leftists the Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front (FMLN), and its rival, the conservative Nationalist Republican Alliance (ARENA).
Though he describes himself as from the left, and was expelled from the FMLN, Bukele has formed a coalition with parties including a right-wing one who together have just 11 seats in the legislature.

Colombian rebel dissident leader killed in military operation
BOGOTA (Reuters) – A Colombian rebel leader who refused to demobilize under a 2016 peace deal with the government was killed by the armed forces on Saturday, President Ivan Duque said.
The man, known by his nom de guerre Rodrigo Cadete, was a top member of a faction of former rebels from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) who refused to adhere to the peace agreement.
“Today in a seamless operation the criminal known as Rodrigo Cadete, one of the most feared figures of terrorism in our country, was neutralized,” Duque said at an event in the city of Manizales.
Defence Minister Guillermo Botero said at the same event that Cadete had been bringing together dissidents to form a new group and that nine other guerrilla fighters were killed and others captured.
The dissidents have an estimated 1,800 combatants spread across about 30 units.
Some 13,000 FARC members, including 6,000 combatants, demobilized under the peace accord. The group is now a political party, with 10 seats in Congress guaranteed through 2026.

Bolsonaro ally wins Brazil senate presidency, easing legislative efforts
BRASILIA (Reuters) - An ally of President Jair Bolsonaro won a fraught vote for the head of Brazil’s Senate on Saturday, likely easing the far-right president’s legislative efforts to open the economy, tackle crime and enact socially conservative measures.
Davi Alcolumbre, from the Democratas party, saw off veteran senator Renan Calheiros, who withdrew his candidacy after the president’s son, Flavio Bolsonaro, voted in favour of Alcolumbre

Yemen truce monitor mission to meet on U.N.-hired ship – sources
ADEN, Yemen (Reuters) – A committee overseeing a ceasefire in Hodeidah will hold its next meeting on a ship off the port city as Yemen’s warring parties cannot agree on a venue, Yemeni and U.N. sources said on Saturday.
The United Nations is trying to implement a truce and troop withdrawal accord in Hodeidah, the main entry point for most of Yemen’s imports, as part of efforts to end a war that has killed tens of thousands and left millions on the brink of starvation.
The U.N. envoy for Yemen has urged the warring parties to withdraw their troops from the port quickly, and international aid agencies said conditions for thousands of starving people were deteriorating fast.

Migrants pushed three 16-year-old Germans in front of train – mainstream media covered up the murders
Three young boys were pushed onto the rails at the Nürnberg S-train station Frankenstadion end of January. Two of them were ran over by the oncoming train and killed.
German mainstream media spoke deceitfully of “Germans”, in order to cloak a migration background. Furthermore drivel about “accident” and “tragedy” was put out there, and the three 16 year old’s “fell” onto the rails.
The Nürnberg News respectfully called the first offender that was arrested a “young man”.
The Süddeutsche newspaper suggested that a fight between the youths had just taken a “tragic end”. Three 16 year olds were “falling” on the rails and were “caught by the train and ran over and killed”

Puppet Government Since 1945
Over the past week, time has been spent watching C-Span videos from the 1989-1992 timeframe in which William Barr, Trump’s nominee for Attorney General (AG) appeared. There is no more perfect candidate for AG at this time in history than William Barr. If someone had planned it, they could not have picked someone more perfect. He’s so perfect in fact, it makes the anomalies of Jeff Sessions seem like Sessions was simply a placeholder until William Barr could clear his calendar.
During that timeframe Bush declared a war on crime and announced a package of changes to the criminal justice system. William Barr would have been the AG to implement them but for the fact that Clinton was elected instead of Bush. The observation has been that when a new administration comes into office, the names of the programs are changed, the players are shuffled but the underlying programs are not. They are sold to the public on different points of emphasis but there is no real difference so the changing of the guard doesn’t matter. The programs are still implemented as planned.
William Barr got his masters in Chinese Studies and he went to work for the CIA. Barr joined the Office of Policy Development for the Reagan White House in 1982 reporting to Roger Porter. According to the record posted on the Reagan Library website:

William Barr, Office of Policy Development: Deputy Assistant Director for Legal Policy, 1982-1983
On May 3, 1982, Barr joined the Office of Policy Development at the White House reporting to Roger Porter and Michael Uhlmann. Barr was the Deputy Assistant Director for Legal Policy. His responsibilities included civil rights (fair housing, women’s equality issues, affirmative action, desegregation in education, etc.), crime, and immigration. Barr left this position on September 5, 1983 to return to Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge.
This collection covers William Barr’s 18 months working in the White House at the Office of Policy Development. As the Deputy Assistant Director for Legal Policy he reported to Michael Uhlmann and worked in a team with Stephen Galebach. His material is concentrated around the introduction of major changes and/or regulations ongoing during his tenure at the White House. His file folders are grouped around these bills such as the Crime Bills introduced in 1981, 1982 and 1983; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1983 and the introduction of the Tuition Tax Credit Bill in 1982 and 1983. It also focuses on Executive Order 12336 of 1981 which created the Task Force on Legal Equity for Women. This task force was charged with eliminating or altering rules and regulations within the federal government which were not gender-neutral. It served as an umbrella group for all civil rights issues for women in the Reagan Administration.

Kennedy would be ashamed of what Dems have become
The Democrats current stance on border security seems very detached from what Mrs. Clinton, Mrs. Pelosi and Mr. Schumer have said in the past. (YouTube videos available for their direct, unedited quotes.) It seems only Republicans can be held accountable for past statements.
It is also in current vogue to suggest that we cruelly separate families, ignoring the fact, if you don’t cross our border illegally you don’t get separated. Also in vogue is the economic benefit of illegals, ignoring the costs associated with allowing them into the U.S.
To mention that some of them are criminals and do come here and commit crimes is either ignored or immediately branded as “racist.”
When Mr. Obama was POTUS the Democrats labeled Republicans as the “party of no.” I think it is obvious now who the “party of no” is, and if Trump is the subject, obvious who the haters are. Democrats can change positions faster than a chameleon changes colors and not be held accountable. It seems our friends on the left wear hypocrisy as a badge of honor.
