All or most of AT&T's tech divisions have been taken over by Indians and Muslims, and they have their own rivalries. Recently let go from AT&T who firing 3000 to 4000 US citizens per quarter. They would do more but HR can only handle that. Oh, the layoffs are going on to 2020 and beyond. Jobs getting offshored. yes AT&T has "parsed" offices. It's no secret.
