Fellas, when Q posts a picture, immediately use TinEye and see if the photo has appeared somewhere else, essentially TinEye is a reserve image search service that's free. Here is the search I did on the photo, and if you notice, it has been used over 2000 times, dating back to 2014. This image is a stock photo, the most recent article that used it might be relevant, but who knows when Q downloaded that picture.
