Anything and everything can be used for bad or good. I will tell you that words matter and in music that is the best way to judge. If the message is pure then that is what the mind will remember. You can have a great rhythm but if the words are bad then the song is bad.

The TRUTH is the People are the ones making good choices and bad choices. Until that is the focus, the person, and what that person's choice was and then this is what we do with people who make that choice and hurt other's. Political correctness or Post Modernism will continue and the incorrect blame will be put in the incorrect places. This entire Q is good vs. bad based on the choices and actions that individual people make and those they hurt. Sliding the bread over to some "thing" instead of some "one" is always a loss.
