Raymond K. Cunningham.
This guy has spent over 50 days in NK as a tourist, and has thousands of photos of not only Pyongyang but also the countryside and things off the usual tourist route.
Check out his Flickr account: https:// www.flickr.com/photos/zaruka/albums
His reddit ID is also Zaruka.

There is also an interesting interview with him in 2010 about NK here:

He spent a lot of time in the USSR during the Cold War. His father was US Military, and was stationed in Germany for a while. He majored in Eastern European studies (history) and East Asia politics (political science).
Employment has been exclusively in University level record keeping, record keeping company consulting, and a stint as Mayor of Homer, Illinois.
Sound perfect cover for an "agency" employee, but my digs have not turned up much except he has traveled extensively around the world, and enjoys experiencing and photographing political upheaval.
Even if he is just an interested tourist, his insights and photos are worth attention to see beyond the simplistic mainstream view of NK.
