>Kim doesn't have a fucking button. He never did.

>

>CHINA DOES and the sooner everyone realizes that NK didn't really make a "decision" to reopen DMZ calls with S. Korea, but China made them do it, the better.

Well yes and no…The first 2 Kim's were loyal to China and the USSR/Russia, always fawning over and playing each of these powers to get more cash, weapons, machinery for farming and factories, political favors, etc, etc.

Now when Kim Jong-un came to power in 2011 he completely ignored the usual protocol of traveling to China to "pledge his loyalty/vassal status" to the President of China Hu Jintao. (Whom himself was a puppet/faction supporter of the previous President Jiang Zemin). Basically Kim Jong-un has tried to break away or distance himself from his controllers from day 1 of his "Supreme Leader of North Korea" live role play.

China (Jiang Zemin faction) was not fucking impressed by this lack of respect and open display of defiance…lots of tit for tat behind the scenes.

Anyway fast forward to TODAY and what has changed??

Well in that time Xi Jinping's faction has not just taken control of China's Politburo, they have dismantled and sidelined most of the Jiang Zemin faction, installed " Xi Jinping Thought" into the Party Constitution elevating Xi Jinping to the level of Mao and Deng and last but not least, the removal of term limits for the President and Vice President possibly allowing Xi Jinping to rule China legitimately until his death.

Summary: Basically China has a large influence on NK but does not control NK because of;

  1. Kim Jong-un never went to China and acknowledge his/NK vassal status, and

  2. Jiang Zemin's Faction is all but gone and Xi Jinping's Faction is firmly in control of China now.
