The eye at the top of the pyramid is the Pindar. The Pindar is the leader of the earth's Illuminati, a member of the 13 ruling families, and always a male.
The title, "Pindar", is an abbreviated term for "Pinnacle of the Draco", also known as "Penis of the Dragon". This symbolically represents the top of power, control, creation, penetration, expansion, invasion, and fear.
