So at 49% Trump was pulling ahead of HRC. They probably had to activate old school election fuckery (vote stuffing, lost ballots etc) at this point since their rigging had been defeated so HRC ended up carrying the popular vote in the end.
My point is, I think POTUS has the popular vote and this just plays right in to his hands with all the election fraud being cleaned up.
