REPOSTING since it was end of bread…
Planefag here- my college minor was Aviation Crash Investigation… when I saw the video of the plane components spread apart that far, first thing that came to mind is that it exploded in air. The prop and engine were in a yard quite a bit aways from the rest of the aircraft. Also planes, especially small prop planes, do not just catch fire when they crash, there had to be an ignition source. This had to be a big explosion that took place fairly close to the ground… otherwise they'd be very scattered. Typically planes catch on fire in a crash because the impact load of the crash, causes friction, provides ignition source. Also wings don't just detach like that, and if they did due to a force, typically they're distorted in some way, not perfectly in tact like that one… and keep in mind on most small aircraft the wing is where the fuel is… so the fact that one is in tact says a lot. Engines and props don't just fly off like that in a crash. Even in a high speed impact most components are all in the same tight area, props are known to literally screw themselves into the ground. A few months back an aircraft crashed on landing 1000ft from my workplace… was a high impact crash at a low altitude (he spun it in), completely burned everything to the ground because it was composite, but the entire aircraft was still together in one spot.
