The fire started at the Delaware City Refinery on the 4500 block of Wrangle Hill Road, the Delaware State Police said. The DSP helped to close nearby roads and advised people to avoid the area."

There was a post on a forum shortly before the election that said something about how there would be a serious effort to keep the voting honest. Can't remember the exact wording, but the thinking at the time was that it was posted by a person from the NSA or some other agency.
