The point of it is (I know this firsthand as a former law enforcement legal advisor) that he knows a lot, such as:

Who's involved in the undercover (UC) work. So he knows who's watching…

He knows the common tactics of traffickers, particularly in that area. So he knows what to avoid…

He knows the market, meaning the buyers and sellers….
In short, he knows how to get away with it.
It's computerized. Kinda helps if the most computer-savvy folks (No Such Agency) have a hand in making sure the CORRECT votes are counted, and all the BS re-programming stuff isn't allowed to play its games.
That's part of it. The other part of it was that POTUS had one helluva good ground game, and he was up against a lazy cunt. HRC didn't even bother with campaigning in some places because she felt entitled. She lost because she didn't show love to the people who she was counting on to show up.
On that side, the math is simple. You don't show up for me, I don't show up for you. Give Trump credit, he campaigned his ass off.
