Baking soda also "cures" cancer.

Mice with cancer live twice as long if they're given baking soda. Baking soda prevents meta stasis, or spread to new areas, but doesn't prevent tumors from growing.

Baking soda creates a more alkaline environment, cancer thrives in an acid environment.

Not a bad idea to eat a bunch of baking soda in water often, or to remember that.

link to that?

the stomach will release acid. I haven't heard anything about baking soda stopping the release of stomach acid.

Baking soda is good for you, treats cancer, we have more problems with too much acid than too much alkaline.

maybe, but actually, don't be careful. If you get kidney problems, you might back off.

The US is way too acidic. Tons of tons of different things in our food that are absolutely terrible. The wheat has glyphosate, wrecks the guts. Etc etc. Baking soda is one of the good guys. They use it a lot in hospitals.

Yes, there are probably theoretical problems with too much of anything. Too much water can kill you.

apple cider vinegar is also good.

However, despite being acetic acid, it's somehow not acid forming.

My concern is with the overall pH, blood, tissues, etc. My concern is not whether the food is being digested. I just hear a lot more bad stuff about what bad things happen when too acid, than I hear about food not being digested because no acid.

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/vinegar-acid-or-base

"This means that apple cider vinegar contains alkaline nutrients such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and more. These can reduce how much acid your kidneys need to filter out (5, 6).

As a result, this may raise urine pH, which is why some people believe apple cider vinegar to be alkaline."

>what critics say was a 'disappointing' set

Disappointing is a term that makes reference to expectations.

I couldn't call this disappointing.

You would have to go in thinking that lineup was good, and then be disappointed when it sucked. But if you know beforehand that it's going to suck because you know the lineup, you aren't disappointed.
