This cigar is just a cigar.
I think it's just a shout-out to all of us paying attention to shit like this. If the flight time was precisely 2 hours, cool. Nothing significant but way to go.. But when it's 45 and 17 repeating, that's a little "hello" to us, they could have EASILY used any other number for the seconds, they could have flown at precisely the speed to get them there at exactly 2 hours.
I think if they DIDN'T want us to notice the numbers, they would have chosen different takeoff/arrival times arbitrarily.
