I do believe martial law needs to be declared (albeit a short time) to get the newly arrested processed and sentenced. I have been following closely and based on Q’s drops and the statements (Mueller, et al regarding GJ), they’re headed straight to PRISON. Those prison ships are awaiting and holding these people. It reflects the sheer number of arrests/indictments that are listed. Not all will go that route, but those ships will be a holding pen during this process. It all makes perfect sense. I’m thinking 3-6 weeks of ML declared.
