don't think POTUS is going the National Emergency route… he can plainly order the US Military legally to build the wall for national defense reasons.. this cannot be taken to court or stopped by congress
yes… he wants the demonrats to fight tooth and nail on this… just look up the bread on the article in the Washington Examiner… the title is very misleading.. everything the POTUS wants is above 60%… the "wall" construction is very little… in fact as we debate/argue the wall is being… upgraded… very few new miles are actually going to be constructed.. enjoy the show
true… they are replacing the current wall… maintenance as you will.. and they are adding razor wire were the new wall will go… the actual orders will replace razor wire with the steel barriers… enjoy the show

Q said the 40K view… well look what that view is… everything the POTUS is trying is going to court courtesy of the demonrats… the republicunts wouldn't take a damn thing to court against Obama… POTUS knows this and is setting precedent for the future while draining the swamp… if the demonrats take a NE to court (I don't think he is going to declare one)… the court will be setting the standard for NE's in the future… NE's in the future will have to meet what ever the standard is.. no more President/King doing his will without Congress
