DRUG MISTAKEN FOR WATER: ( 25i)
SD authorities are warning students and college officials about a drug that can be mistaken for tap water. In its liquid form, the synthetic, hallucinogenic drug is clear and odorless. The substance and its related compounds are substantially more potent than other hallucinogenic compounds and even small amounts can cause seizures, cardiac and respiratory arrest, or death. Parents caution students about leaving their water bottles or related drink items unattended. Everyone needs to be aware of this threat and monitor unusual behavior in their friends.
