On December 11, 2018, Shannon Lee Coon (age 42) of Sioux Falls, SD, was arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Veronica L. Duffy on a federal charge for conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and pleaded not guilty to the Indictment.
