Looks like a graphics buffer hasn't been emptied before switching to a new page, or has been accessed before it's been cleaned out & overwritten.

Can also happen w/o malware.

Have seen it too, esp. on less powerful systems. But would depend on type of graphics card, amount of memory available etc….

Wouldn't worry too much about it, except if you observe worse indications of malware.

Tracking us here, I should think, works either provider-based (and/)or via the network & "illegitimate" access to network-data by the "bad guys".
