AN ACT INCREASING THE RATE OF THE SALES AND USE TAXES ON AMMUNITION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to increase the rate 1

of the sales and use taxes on ammunition to fifty per cent.
