I was watching the Time live feed on YT and it would periodically freeze and buffer (checked my internet speed and it was running about 45 mb); some of what was said was missed.

When it first happened, I figured that someone had their finger on the kill switch, but it was flaky even after the speech when there was nothing for (((them))) to fear.
