If Obama can repeal HR 4310 Section 1078 then Trump can reinstate it. It was anti propaganda law on the books since 1948.

He can at least start waking people up..but we are at a cap unless one MAJOR person is arrested and that light starts to make people question. And if the HR was reinstated the news can no longer lie.
