That image from the SOTU last year with the phones came from a Getty photographer who was there. I haven't seen any similar photos yet from this year. And fox took their own footage I believe because they cut away from Pelosi and didn't show her obnoxious clap live. I didn't see it until after the SOTU on Twitter.
