FBI: Photographer who owns farm in Oregon a suspected sexual predator who preys on models

The FBI says a suspected serial sexual predator accused of taking nude photographs of models, faces accusations he sexually assaulted many of the women in Oregon, California and elsewhere.

Federal agents and local police departments made a public appeal Wednesday for help reaching anyone who may have been a victim.

The suspect, 52-year-old Robert Arnold Koester, has also gone by the names Bert Kay, Rhake Winter and Qitooly, the FBI said.
