I've heard the "squeaky wheel" from listening to shortwave before. I found this interesting. I know one is MHZ and the other KHZ but it's an odd coincidence they are the same frequency number of 3828.

It's a tone broadcast on a frequency that no one can exactly pin point the source of. There are many like this on shortwave. Some come and go at random times. I said nothing about Chernobyl. Considering we are talking about possible triggering signals here, I think it might be worth digging in to.
