Apparently yes. In breads about 12 hours ago anons speculated it was a 15 day notice pursuant to ?? USC ?? (sorry I don't have the sauce anymore) about using military to build the wall as necessary to prevent transnational crime and drug trafficking, both of which POTUS has now amply proven to the American people exist on the S border. There may also have been an electronic notice given to DWS via IPad.
