An online porn fee in Hawaii has two problems. The first being a first amendment issue, porn's just as protected as newspapers and anyone who think the state should make money off access to newspapers would have to be retarded. The second is that this sort of thing is EXACTLY what they'd use to protect human traffickers they want to keep running, i.e. the money will go to keeping the competition down in favor of bolstering shady operations like CPS and shit like Clinton Foundation.
