puts a whole new light on "Catch and Release" in my mind…
FF's perpetrated, they "catch" the perpetrators, form a patsy based story, and release the actual perps due to being business partners after controlling the narrative enough to install little doubt that there was "another" story behind the actual events portrayed…..
I could see such a setup…..
Could also see them faking deaths of inmates under guise of inner war with rival gangs so as to get them out and get them new identity………
