Is it easier if Q doesn't have to post?

Do Anons know how to play now?

Who controls 'timing'?

Are we winning or losing?

Is Feb 2019 better than Feb 2009?

World is thankful, still long ways to go.

Embattled Virginia Democrat lieutenant governor Justin Fairfax is lashing out at his sexual assault accuser Vanessa Tyson, who says that Fairfax forced her to perform fellatio in a hotel room in Boston at the Democratic National Convention in 2004. Fairfax was working as John Edwards’ “body man” on the John Kerry campaign at the time. Fairfax has confirmed that he had an encounter with Tyson but claims that it was consensual. The Washington Post previously spiked the story.

Tyson released her statement through her attorneys — who also represented Christine Blasey Ford — on Wednesday.

Fairfax insists that because Tyson did not mention his alleged assault of her in a 2007 video clip in which she described surviving incest, then somehow her story has “inconsistencies.” Fairfax reportedly said “Fuck that bitch,” with regard to Tyson, according to multiple sources in contact with NBC News."

"The company, operated by 41-year-old Dongyuan Li, put pregnant foreign nationals up in about 20 apartments in Irvine, California and profited $3 million in just two years while charging customers anywhere between $40,000 to $80,000 for the service, federal prosecutors allege.

“The indictment details communications in which Li referred to U.S. immigration authorities as ‘the foreigners’ and also discussed whether to refund a down payment because, once the customer found out ‘the baby is a girl, her husband arranged abortion for her,'” Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said in a news release.

Star Baby Care, operated by 65-year-old Wen Rui Deng who is believed to have fled to China, was based in Los Angeles County and secure U.S. citizenship for at least 8,000 babies born to Chinese nationals and citizens of Hong Kong and Taiwan since 1999. Prosecutors say about 4,000 of those babies were born to Chinese women who came to the U.S. to get theiir child American citizenship.

“The indictment alleges that Deng’s scheme used 30 apartments in Rowland Heights and 10 properties in Irvine, including some houses,” ICE officials note. “Deng’s scheme served many customers alleged to be Chinese officials, including some associated with Chinese Central Television, China Telecom, Bank of China, and two local taxation bureaus.”

The San Bernardino County-based USA Happy Baby Inc., owned and operated by 53-year-old Michael Wei Yueh Liu and 42-year-old Jing Don, allegedly charged “VIP” foreign nationals upwards of $100,000 to obtain U.S. citizenship for their unborn children."

"Rep. Matt Gaetz this week introduced a resolution that calls out Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Eric Holder, and other opponents of President Trump for avoiding any punishment even though they lied to Congress.

Gaetz, R-Fla., noted that Roger Stone, a former Trump campaign operative, was arrested on five counts of lying to Congress, but said most avoid any punishment for the same offense. His "Justice for All" resolution calls out other lies that have gone unpunished, and says the U.S. must treat everyone equally when this happens.

"Unfortunately, it often seems that we have a two-tiered justice system at work; certain people have the book thrown at them, while others face no consequences at all for their behavior," he said. "This is unfair and wrong, and I hope to correct this with my resolution."

His resolution said it's the sense of Congress that lying to Congress must be "prosecuted equitably," and noted several cases in which Trump's opponents have gotten away with it.

For example, Clinton told Congress there was "nothing marked classified on my emails, either sent or received." But the resolution said that statement was later proven false by the FBI and the Office of Inspector General.

It called out former FBI Director James Comey for saying he never authorized anyone to leak information to the media, despite a report from the Office of Inspector General "indicating his response was likely untrue."

"Nellie Ohr, a former contractor for the Washington, D.C.-based Fusion GPS, testified on Oct. 19 that Serhiy Leshchenko, a former investigative journalist turned Ukrainian lawmaker, was a source for Fusion GPS during the 2016 campaign.

“I recall … they were mentioning someone named Serhiy Leshchenko, a Ukrainian,” Ohr said when asked who Fusion GPS’s sources were, according to portions of Ohr’s testimony confirmed by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Ohr, whose husband is Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, testified that she was not aware of Leshchenko’s source information, but that she knew he was providing information to Fusion GPS, where she worked between late 2015 and the 2016 election.

“His source information I am not aware of,” Nellie Ohr testified.

“You were just aware that he was a source of –” one lawmaker began to ask.

“Yes,” Nellie Ohr interjected.

“[Fusion GPS founder] Glenn Simpson? Or was it a source of [Fusion GPS employee Jake Berkowitz] or both?” the lawmaker asked.

“I’m not aware of a difference between them, just a source of Fusion GPS,” said Nellie Ohr, a Russia linguist who previously worked for the CIA’s open source research unit, Open Source Works.

Nellie Ohr did not describe the Leshchenko-Fusion GPS source relationship in greater detail, so it is not clear whether the Ukrainian lawmaker was paid, how he transmitted information to Fusion or with whom at the firm he maintained contact.

Nellie Ohr did not testify whether she handled information from Leshchenko or if she provided it to her husband, who served as associate deputy attorney general and director of the Justice Department’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.

Fusion GPS did not reply to a list of detailed questions about Leshchenko. One of the firm’s co-founders, Tom Catan, replied “Strictly FYI” in an email, copying others at Fusion GPS. He did not answer follow-up questions."

"Sasse published a press release which read, in part, “The victims of Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring deserve this investigation – and so do the American people and the members of law enforcement who work to put these kinds of monsters behind bars. Parents should be grateful for the men and women at the DOJ who are committed to transparency and accountability and for the soon-to-be Attorney General who is committed to pursuing justice.”

Epstein secured what many felt was a “sweetheart” deal in 2007, spending just 13 months in jail, rather than years or even decades."

"“Attorney Warren is now apologizing for misrepresenting herself as an ‘American Indian’ or Native American throughout her career. It has now been thirty-three (33) years since she made this representation to the Texas Bar and has never made an attempt to correct her registration card. Therefore it is clear that Attorney Warren lacked the “Good Moral Character” required for admission to the Texas Bar and should be disciplined for her three (3) decades of untruthfulness,” McDaniel concluded."

"VIA CERTIFIED MAIL

The Office Of Chief Disciplinary Counsel

P.O. Box 13287

Austin, TX 78711

Dear Chief Disciplinary Counsel,

This letter is to alert your office of false claims made by Texas-barred attorney, Elizabeth Warren. Attorney Warren was admitted to the Texas bar on April 11, 1986 and her Bar Card Number is 20885410 with a current status of “Inactive.”

Attorney Warren should be disciplined for lying and failing to correct a misrepresentation she made on her Texas Bar registration card. The Washington Post obtained a copy of Attorney Warren’s Texas Bar registration card. On April 18, 1986, Attorney Warren registered for the Texas bar and made a misrepresentation that she was “American Indian” on a section titled “Race.”[1]

According to the Texas Disciplinary Rules Of Professional Conduct, rule 8.01[2]:

An applicant for admission to the bar, a petitioner for reinstatement to the bar, or a lawyer in connection with a bar admission application, a petition for reinstatement, or a disciplinary matter, shall not:

(a) knowingly make a false statement of material fact; or

(b) fail to correct a misapprehension known by the person to have arisen in the matter, or knowingly fail to respond to a lawful demand for information from an admission, reinstatement, or disciplinary authority, except that this rule does not require disclosure of information otherwise protected by Rule 1.05.

According to the rules of admission for the Texas Bar, an applicant must be of “Good Moral Character and Fitness.”[3] The applicable rule states:

Good moral character is a functional assessment of character and fitness of a prospective lawyer. The purpose of requiring an Applicant to possess present good moral character is to exclude from the practice of law those persons possessing character traits that are likely to result in injury to future clients, in the obstruction of the administration of justice, or in a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. These character traits usually involve either dishonesty or lack of trustworthiness in carrying out responsibilities.[4]

Attorney Warren is now apologizing for misrepresenting herself as an “American Indian” or Native American throughout her career.[5] It has now been thirty-three (33) years since she made this representation to the Texas Bar and has never made an attempt to correct her registration card. Therefore it is clear that Attorney Warren lacked the “Good Moral Character” required for admission to the Texas Bar and should be disciplined for her three (3) decades of untruthfulness.

Sincerely,

Ronna McDaniel"

"Mexican authorities in two border states announced the arrival of nearly 2,000 Central American migrants who are part of a caravan headed for the border cities Piedras Negras and Nuevo Laredo. The area between those two municipalities does not feature any type of fencing or barriers like the ones a previous caravan encountered in California.

State officials in Coahuila announced the arrival of more than 1,700 members of a migrant caravan that recently left Honduras. They are slated to be ferried by bus to the Texas border. The Nuevo Leon government is preparing shelters and security.

The migrants are traveling with the intent to request asylum on U.S. soil, thus making any detention by border authorities irrelevant. The group is expected in Eagle Pass and Laredo, Texas, however, since the region lacks any fencing or physical barriers, some could successfully storm the border with little effort."
