We have constantly received emails from Freemasons who are absolutely anguished over our articles depicting Masonry as being Satanic. They honestly proclaim to us that this is NOT the situation in their Lodge; further, they say, they are 32nd or 33rd Degree, and would certainly know what Freemasonry is and what it is not; and, they boldly proclaim: Masonry is NOT Satanic.
We are both right: You are right when you claim that Freemasonry is certainly not Satanic as you have practiced it in your Lodge. And we are right when we say that Freemasonry is Satanic to the core, and is striving mightily to produce the New Age Christ [Antichrist].
How, you ask, can we both be right? Simply put, Freemasonry is an organization within an organization. One organization is deliberately lied to and mislead with false interpretations, while the inner organization knows the spiritual Truth of Freemasonry, and embraces it with heart, soul, and mind.

France has recalled its ambassador in Rome after what Paris described as baseless and repeated attacks from Italy's political leaders in past months, and urged Italy to return to a more friendly stance.
"France has been, for several months, the target of repeated, baseless attacks and outrageous statements," France's foreign ministry said in a statement.
It said Italy's attacks were without precedent since World War Two. "Having disagreements is one thing, but manipulating the relationship for electoral aims is another."

France has recalled its ambassador in Rome after what Paris described as baseless and repeated attacks from Italy‘s political leaders in past months, including gestures of support for “yellow vest” protesters, and urged Italy to return to a more friendly stance.
“France has been, for several months, the target of repeated, baseless attacks and outrageous statements,” France‘s foreign ministry said in a statement.
It said Italy‘s attacks were without precedent since the Second World War. “Having disagreements is one thing, but manipulating the relationship for electoral aims is another.”

The Austrian government's controversial new welfare reforms target migrant workers – including those from neighboring European Union nations – and refugees, once again setting the Alpine nation on a collision course with Brussels, which has branded the move unjust and has begun legal proceedings against it.
The European Commission opened a case against Vienna on Jan. 24 but Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, head of the conservative People's Party (ÖVP) that governs in coalition with the far-right Freedom Party (FPÖ), has plowed ahead with the reforms targeting benefit payments to migrants and refugees.

Flea-borne typhus outbreak in Los Angeles may cause officials to rip out carpet in city buildings

Government officials in Los Angeles are considering ripping out carpets in city buildings amid a typhus outbreak that has infected workers.
The disease is typically caused by infected fleas and their feces. It can also be spread by rats, cats and opossums, according to health officials. Downtown Los Angeles has been battling an outbreak since October that was linked to homeless street encampments, officials said.
Los Angeles station KABC reports that the problem has become so severe that officials are now looking at plans from City Council President Herb Wesson to remove all carpets in City Hall and City Hall East, as well as assess live plants and implement a policy that would require employees to keep food off site.
City attorney Elizabeth Greenwood told local station KCAL9 she contracted typhus in November and said "I thought I was going to die."
Symptoms of typhus include, fever, chills, rapid breathing, body and muscle aches, rash, vomiting and confusion, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Some people can remain infected without symptoms and experience a relapse in disease, the CDC reports, known as Brill-Zinsser disease.
While there is no vaccine to prevent typhus, there are antibiotics available to treat the disease.

Human limbs soon? Scientists regrow mice toes in major regenerative breakthrough

Researchers have concluded a “transformational” study in which, for the first time, they have successfully regenerated joint as well as bone tissue in amputated mice, a step which holds great promise for human limb regeneration.
Scientists at Texas A&M University were able to artificially stimulate growth in damaged or amputated limbs of neonatal mice, using just two proteins: BMP2 and BMP9.
“These studies provide evidence that treatment of growth factors can be used to engineer a regeneration response from a non-regenerating amputation wound,”explain the researchers in their paper.
Their new research indicates joint regrowth, a level of complexity hitherto unforeseen, which provides a critical step towards one day replacing human limbs. The scientists were attempting to recreate behavior typically displayed by reptilian cells in mammalian cells.
“Our study is transformational,” Ken Muneoka from Texas A&M University, told New Scientist. “They can do it, they just don't do it,” he adds. “So, we have to figure out what's constraining them."
Bone regrowth has been achieved before, but without the additional protein, the bones would just heal over as normal rather than growing joint and cartilage tissue. Over 60 percent of the mice’s bone stumps formed a layer of cartilage within three days.
While admittedly just a small step, the research could ultimately provide breakthroughs in treatments for disorders like osteoarthritis as it would allow for replacement of cartilage from a person’s own cells rather than relying on transplants.
“These findings provide further support for the view that cells of a non-regenerative mammalian amputation wound retain the positional information necessary to re-build structures removed by amputation,” the researchers concluded.
The study is published in the journal Nature Communications.

I have a suggestion that would help the economy. Canadians used to be able to drive down and shop in the big malls then suddenly we need passports.
Not a BIG deal unless your budget is too stretched to worry about a passport for a dozen or so days of cross border shopping. It was a huge loss for the Big Mall outlet Stores in Washington with many shutting down.
Could we go back to using just our Canadian birth certificates as we once could.
It would help retailers across the country
Canadians liked to pop down for a beer or two. day of shopping, hardly made it worth paying for a passport and yet so much business was lost thus jobs were lost.
