Whether /ourside/ truly has advance knowledge of the timeline that enables them to manipulate events for these kinds of outcomes, or they simply knew it was coming, we cannot know for sure.
But it IS a movie; Q said so many times and told us to enjoy it. This is the most remarkable timeline in any of our lives.

Principalities are rulers that inherited their power, such as kings/queens, dynasties.
Powers are authorities that exert control over us by means of law and regulations, hierarchical power structures and the organs that they control such as police, courts.
Rulers of the darkness of this world are those at the top of satanic cults, illuminati families, etc.
Spiritual wickedness in high places would have to be the evil we have seen in the Catholic church and other denominations and religious organizations of all kinds.
