What is the difference between Whitaker being subpoenad or showing up voluntarily? If voluntarily, wont he get asked all the exact same questions?
I dont see the purpose / reason / benefit of Whitaker threatening to not appear tomorrow regarding the potential subpoena
I figured as much. With no subpoena, more freedom. Not to mention, the dude was in the spot for like 2 months, hardly anything worth testifying over
