For long time LawFags or Senate watchers… The Senate Judiciary Committee lead by Lindsay Graham is voting on dozens of federal judges right now. So far all are being confirmed in committee. After the committee vote on each, LG states their nomination will be reported favorably to the floor.

QUESTION - each time LG states a nominee will be reported favorably he uses the middle finger of his left hand to either rub his left eyebrow or his left cheek. Obviously that has a meaning to someone, anyone know what it means?
