Didn't look like training. Looked like evac of men and something in duffel bags. Gold, bearer bonds, stock certificates, records, documents more likely by volume versus weight.

 

A full duffel bag of gold wouldn't be liftable (even by two strong soldiers) but you could get a lot. If it is computer records (servers) the sizing would be possible as well. They were weighed down but fair amount of volume as well.

 

I assume POTUS/mil wouldn't allow the bad guys to do this on our turf so makes them OURS. Seal posts from about a year ago may be relevant (713).

 

Here is a stack of 400 Oz gold bars (400*$1300=$520,000 per bar). You could get quite a haul. This image is 80,000 ounces (200 bars) but is equivalent of 5,485 lbs or 2488 kilos. Is 104 million.

You don't need a table spoonful. Much less is more efficient and gives the same benefits in my experience. But yes collodial silver is amazing stuff.
