Almost…. solved it I certainly have enough pieces to do so… working theory is that they use the photos of red shoes to tell people at places like the Mayo clinic to give them new baby blood. - They also use the kids in other ways including sex and for blackmail - but of course those victims are also used for blood transfusions - I notice every red shoes pic in real life is old people yet in pictures it's kids art… could be metaphorically turning into kids with kid blood - "wearing red" their blood - young again….
