Understood. I'm still thinking along the lines of Q's posts noted in the LA Ops Notable that Baker listed in this bread (and lb too).
If you look close it resembles the old triangle trade from US colonial history - molasses to rum to slaves.
Only now it's cash from US to China, destabilization (drugs, guns, etc) financed or sourced (fentanyl) from China to Mex, and slaves and all the other crap from Mex to US.
Lining the cabal's pockets all the while.

Typhus is a disease transmitted by fleas, lice or chiggers. Only thing flooding's gonna do is to move the rats/cats/dogs they host on deeper into urban areas, but it's LA. They were already everywhere anyway.
